Nellbooker

Are you looking for training on Nellbooker? – click here for our training leaflet

Nellbooker is an online referral and appointment system for advice agencies, solicitors and other organisations who need to refer clients for advice.  The system was developed by a firm of solicitors, Hopkin Murray Beskine, who work within a network of other legal aid advice providers in north-east London, to ensure clients can access a full range of services no matter who they first approach for help.

Benefits:-

  • An online diary enables network members to search for and book appointments with other agencies, whenever they need to make a referral.
  • Advice providers can offer appointments to clients of other, selected, advice providers
  • Advice providers can instantly book appointments for clients with other providers offering the type of advice they need.
  • Information about the client and case can be transferred securely, including relevant documents or case notes.
  • Referring agencies can check back that the client was seen and on the outcome of the advice received.
  • Managers can download a range of monitoring reports, for example numbers of referrals by advisor, advice type, outcome, waiting time etc.

Eastbourne advice providers began using Nellbooker in December 2009. The system is now being used by, or being rolled out across ESAP's Partners in East Sussex and, over the longer term, we will look to extend the service to other interested agencies who share clients with advice providers.
